We Are Not a Government or Visa-Issuing Authority

Venture Visionary Visa Consultancy is not an embassy, consulate, immigration authority, government agency, or visa-issuing authority.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, we are an independent private consultancy and service provider.

We do not have the authority to:

  • Approve or refuse a visa
  • Guarantee visa issuance
  • Influence embassy or immigration decisions
  • Override the decision of any government or authorized authority

All visa, immigration, permit, or travel-related decisions are made solely by the relevant embassy, consulate, immigration authority, government authority, or authorized visa decision-making body.

No Guarantee of Visa Approval

Using our services does not guarantee the approval of any visa, residence permit, immigration application, work permit, travel authorization, or other application.

Visa approval may depend on various factors, including but not limited to:

  • The applicant's personal circumstances
  • Nationality and country of residence
  • Travel history
  • Financial circumstances
  • Purpose of travel
  • Supporting documents
  • Immigration history
  • Security or background checks
  • The policies and requirements of the relevant authority

A visa may be approved, delayed, refused, cancelled, or subject to additional requirements by the relevant authority.

Venture Visionary Visa Consultancy cannot guarantee any specific outcome.

Client Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to provide information and documents that are:

  • True
  • Accurate
  • Complete
  • Current
  • Genuine
  • Lawfully obtained

You are responsible for checking the accuracy of all information provided to us and, where applicable, all application forms and documents prepared using information supplied by you.

You must promptly inform us if any of your information changes, including your passport, contact details, travel plans, employment status, immigration status, or other information relevant to your application.

False, Fraudulent, or Misleading Documents

You must not provide forged, altered, fraudulent, misleading, stolen, or unlawfully obtained documents or information.

If we reasonably believe that any information or document is false, fraudulent, suspicious, or unlawful, we may:

  • Suspend or stop providing our services
  • Refuse to submit or continue work on the relevant file
  • Request additional verification
  • Retain records where required by applicable law
  • Report matters to relevant authorities where legally required or appropriate

The client remains responsible for the authenticity and accuracy of documents and information provided.

We are not responsible for any visa refusal, legal consequence, financial loss, delay, or other outcome resulting from false, inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or fraudulent information provided by the client or a third party.

Client Documents and Information

You are responsible for providing all required documents within the requested timeframe.

Depending on the service, required documents may include:

  • Passport and identification documents
  • Residence permit or Qatar ID, where relevant
  • Photographs
  • Bank or financial documents
  • Employment or business documents
  • Travel information
  • Invitation letters
  • Accommodation or booking documents
  • Other supporting documents required for the relevant application

Providing documents to us does not mean that the documents automatically meet the requirements of the relevant embassy or authority.

We may review documents and provide general guidance based on the information available to us; however, the final decision regarding document sufficiency rests with the relevant authority.

Service Fees

Our fees may include charges for consultancy, document review, administrative assistance, application preparation, processing support, or other agreed services.

The applicable fees will be communicated to you before or during the service process, depending on the nature of the service.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, our service fees are separate from third-party charges, including:

  • Embassy or consular fees
  • Visa application center fees
  • Government fees
  • Biometric fees
  • Courier fees
  • Translation or notarization fees
  • Medical examination fees
  • Insurance fees
  • Airline, hotel, or other travel provider charges

You may be required to pay such charges separately.

Payments

Payment terms may vary depending on the service.

Where applicable, we may require:

  • Payment of third-party fees before processing can continue

By making a payment, you confirm that you understand the purpose of the payment and the services or charges to which it relates.

Refunds and Cancellations

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, a visa refusal or unsuccessful application does not automatically mean that our consultancy or service fee is refundable.

Any third-party fees paid to embassies, visa centers, government authorities, payment providers, airlines, hotels, or other service providers may be subject to those providers' refund policies.

Processing Times and Delays

Any processing time communicated by us is an estimate only, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Processing times may be affected by factors outside our control, including:

  • Embassy or immigration authority workload
  • Public holidays
  • Additional document requests
  • Administrative delays
  • Security or background checks
  • Technical issues
  • Appointment availability
  • Changes in immigration procedures
  • Third-party service delays

We do not guarantee that any application will be completed within a particular period.

Clients should avoid making non-refundable travel or financial commitments based solely on an estimated visa processing time unless they understand and accept the associated risk.

Changes to Visa Rules and Requirements

Visa and immigration rules, fees, procedures, processing times, eligibility requirements, and document requirements may change at any time.

The relevant embassy, government authority, immigration department, or visa center may:

  • Cancel appointments
  • Change processing procedures
  • Suspend or restrict applications

We are not responsible for changes made by third parties or authorities outside our control.

Where possible, we will provide updated information to clients; however, the client remains responsible for complying with all applicable official requirements.

We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, decisions, delays, failures, cancellations, or policies of independent third parties.

Appointments and Application Submission

Where we assist with appointments, forms, or application submission, availability and acceptance are subject to the rules and systems of the relevant embassy, visa center, or authority.

We do not guarantee:

  • A particular appointment date
  • Successful submission
  • Acceptance of documents
  • Approval of an application

The relevant authority may change, cancel, reschedule, or reject an appointment or application at its discretion.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and checking communications sent to you.

We are not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect contact details, failure to check messages, inactive telephone numbers, inaccessible email accounts, or failure by the client to respond within a reasonable time.

International Data Transfers

Visa and travel-related services may require personal information and documents to be transferred outside the State of Qatar.

Limitation of Liability

  • False or fraudulent documents
  • Missed appointments caused by the client
  • Third-party service failures
  • Travel disruptions
  • Airline cancellations or schedule changes
  • Technical failures outside our reasonable control
  • Force majeure events

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Force Majeure

We shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform services caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

Such events may include natural disasters, war, civil disturbance, government action, public health emergencies, strikes, system failures, power or internet outages, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Where reasonably possible, we will take appropriate steps to continue or resume services.
